There is a need in the Veterinary community for a veterinary specific model to train individuals on how to draw blood and place IV catheters in animals. While there are a few on the market, our team is designing an improved, realistic model that will include features such as a flexible carpus, the ability to support itself, animal-specific anatomically correct features,a responsive internal vein that realistically bleeds, ease of fabrication and ease of preparation.
