Chemical dissolution of abdominal adhesions causing recurrent bowel obstructions
Project Overview
Adhesions occur frequently after abdominal surgeries and cause further problems for patients. Surgeons often have to cut out the problematic adhesions which could result in even more adhesions. The goal of this project is to provide an alternative method that is less invasive and more natural to reduce the chances of more adhesions forming.
