Nasal hygiene
This project has been secured to protect intellectual property.
Login for More InformationOur goal is to create a nasal swab that reduces the number or bacteria or virus particles in the nose in order to lessen the spread of airborne diseases.
Project Overview
As opposed to oral hygiene or hand hygiene, nasal hygiene is much less developed, and it is largely overlooked in most people's daily lives. Our client believes that the regular cleansing of the nose can diminish the transmission of airborne diseases. We aim to create a nasal swab that removes any bacteria or virus particles from the nostrils. This swab must be easy to use anywhere, especially in high particulate environments such as schools, hospitals, and public transit. The cleaning solution used with swab will be a hydrogen peroxide solution.
