Login for More InformationTo relieve pain by removing a Baker cyst about the knee via an ultrasound-guided minimally invasive device.
Project Overview
Baker cyst is a common source of knee pain and will only continue to grow. Surgeons do not want to surgically remove a Baker cyst due to a low benefit to risk ratio. However, a minimally invasive option using image guidance would be a viable outpatient option without the use of sedation. The device could be used on other applications such as ganglion cyst removal of the wrist.
