A stamp that can create ordered wells that fit only a singular cell for comet single cell gel electrophoresis assays

Project Overview

The client wants a microwell stamp of similar design to the one that is already made, but a smaller stamp. This stamp will use DNA pressed in agarose and ran through electrophoresis, where we can identify the damaged DNA. Then, the microwell stamp will mark this damaged DNA. We will be using an example of a stamp from MIT for a estimate of what we are aiming for.
